INREP at the 11th International Conference on Nitride Semiconductors (ICNS-11)
The 11th
International Conference on Nitride Semiconductors took place on 30 August – 4 September
in Beijing, China.
INREP was
represented at the Conference by the University of Bath. Duncan Allsopp gave
the presentation on “Optical characterization of Magnesium incorporation in p-GaN
layers for core-shell nanorods”. Around 1000 individuals from around the world
participated in the ICSN-11 to discuss high impact scientific and technological
advances in materials and devices based on group-III nitride semiconductors.
