INREP at ICNS 12
The E-MRS 12th International Conference on Nitride Semiconductors will be held at the Congress Center in Strasbourg, France on 24-28 July 2017.
The INREP partners Slovak University of Technology, University of Bath, Plasma Quest Ltd. and Eindhoven University of Technology are co-authors of the poster presentation entitled “Electrical and optical characterization of GaN-based LEDs with ZnO:Al transparent contacts by EBIC and electroluminescence”. The poster will be presented in the framework of the symposium C “Electronic devices”.
